Is there anything worse than waking up to cold weather knowing you have a family session that day? I always think of the poor kiddos that have to come out in the cold and smile for photos the whole time wishing they were at home with their blankets and toys and books! The saving grace for my cold session with the Asper family was that it was a mini session. And thank goodness it was because it was literally freezing outside. The Aspers were such champs about the cold and we were able to get some really great photos!
The champion Asper kids are Rawson, Ellis, and Evelyn. Rawson, age 6, was the best model in front of the camera. He gave me the best smiles and loved on his parents in such a cute way. Ellis, age 4, also had some really cute smiles for me. He has the cutest subtle dimple in his cheeks which are to die for and honestly he was so sweet he melted my heart. And then there was little 18 month old Evelyn. She didn't give me many smiles, but she was honestly such a trooper for how cold it was outside. And peep her really cute boots. They are to die for!!
Dad and mom, Braden and Amy, were so wonderful. Braden is a husband that doesn't love photos, but loves his wife enough to take them and what a good sport he was! Amy and Branden have been married for 8 years and they know a thing or two about being busy. While they love to get out with their family and have fun as a couple, but any parent knows it gets much harder when you have kids. But that doesn't stop them from having fun around town with the family and looking for something to do outside of the house. What I'm trying to say is they are the cool parents every kids wants to have!
