Bringing a baby into the world is always a tender experience. It was even more special for Tamires and Claudio when they welcomed their sweet daughter Gianna in February. Gianna was sent to earth by her big sister in heaven. Eloisa was 37 weeks gestational when she passed away, so the birth of her little sister Gianna was a great blessing to her parents. And what a beautiful blessing she is!
Gianna, Gigi for short, was a little sweetheart during our session. She slept so well and was very calm and quiet which her mom says is pretty typical for her. Gigi has the sweetest little features that her parents swoon over daily, but I can't say I really blame them! Tamires brought the cutest headbands and swaddles for Gigi to wear during the session and Tamires and Claudio were naturals in front of the camera. Everything came together so perfectly for this session and it was so easy for me! As an added bonus, we all had so much fun together!
When I asked Tamires what she wanted to remember about this stage in her life, her answers really touched me. She said, "how important family is. Our family has been so supportive during the passing of our last and the welcoming of our new. [Also the] great opportunities that have come from the pandemic, like my husband working from home and lots of family bonding time." What a gentle reminder of the value of life and family. Tamires and Claudio are truly deserving of sweet little Gigi and I'm so happy for them.
