Full disclosure, most of my newborn sessions happen when babies are about 1-2 weeks old. Newer babies tend to sleep better and not be as fussy when their outfits need to be changed or when I change their positions multiple times throughout the session. Lennon Faye was 3 weeks old when we took her photos and I have to admit, I was not sure how the session would go, but her behavior totally surprised me! She slept through the entire session and we didn't even have to take a single break for feeding! That's basically unheard of for a newborn. I was able to capture so many amazing photos of Lennon that I have a hard time picking one favorite.
Lennon's parents, McKailey and Trever, have been married for almost four years. Trever is a mechanical engineer at a Space Dynamics Lab which qualifies him as really dang smart in my book! McKailey gets to be a stay at home mom to their first sweet baby Lennon, which she is loving. There is something about your first baby that you can never forget, but they grow up so quickly that McKailey and Trever are trying to soak up the newborn phase and love on sweet newborn baby Lennon while they can.
