Temple Fork in Logan Canyon is a location that is very convenient. It's an easy pull off on the side of the road and you're there! It offers a gorgeous view of the mountains that will take your breath away. It's a location that I love and would recommend to just about anyone!
Temple Fork is about 30 minutes from the north Walmart. It's a big flat area that is fairly easy to get to as long as the snow isn't too deep. A worry you will only have in the winter! Starting after June, Temple Fork offers beautiful greenery. In the winter there is typically snow on the mountains that does nothing but add to the beauty. In the winter, the location can still be easy to get to especially if the snow is frozen. Even if the snow is three feet deep, you can still use this location because the frozen snow is easy to walk on.
If you choose Temple Fork as your location be sure to have the GPS pulled up before you start the drive up the canyon. This location has no cell service. And use the bathroom before you come because a pull off on the road doesn't offer any bathrooms. Despite the lack of cell service and bathrooms, Temple Fork is a perfect location for family photos especially if you love a good view of the mountains.
